A healthy lifestyle will help people live longer, more meaningful lives. The program will serve as an
accountability model to encourage people of all ages, and skill levels, to participate in something that
will improve their lives forever; while having a little fun. Mind, body, spirit, and soul…you have to
make sure each component has balance in your life---to live your absolute BEST life!
It’s time to start not only creating generational wealth within our communities, but let’s put forth
100% more effort in our generational health!
Aerobics and strength training
exercises that will be demonstrated in low, moderate, and high intensity levels. Touching on full body dynamics.
Muscle and joint strengthening; cardiovascular endurance/improvement; weight loss;
increased energy levels; lower stress
levels; and improve brain functioning.
Preparing delicious, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mindful snacking included. Giving a breakdown of ingredients. (45 minutes)
These exercises will help prevent the loss of bone density, and if you have lost a significant amount already, this will improve your mobility. Flexibility helps the range of motion for your joints. Balance will help you navigate obstacles and resist forces that can cause falls; this can impact your health as you age.
Having fun while dancing. Cardiovascular endurance!
Move with intention and purpose...guided moves. Don’t stop until the timer goes off!
Within each month different challenges will be presented. Obstacle courses, sports games, scavenger hunts, jump rope competition, walk/jog/run for life, planking and more as needed.
